• Developing framework to support social enterprise (job-share 92-95 ‘Social Enterprise Works’)
• Hartcliffe and Withywood Ventures Ltd (89-95) and Small Business Unit (88–92) advisor and trainer to people of all ages looking at starting a business. Chair of the Enterprise Consortium (93-95).
