I.R.I.S has the experience and skills to manage and deliver projects using volunteers and residents from the community as the key workers. I.R.I.S provides organisations with support and training to take on under-skilled people who will gain skills and bring increased capacity. I.R.I.S has the policies and procedures in place to provide a platform for taking on volunteers and part-time temporary staff.
By providing be-spoke training I.R.I.S has a track record of increasing the capacity of the volunteers and temporary staff so that they are able to develop their strengths, look at how to manage change, engage in action, develop community involvement and gain work skills that will enhance their ability to gain further employment.
